Overview

Protecting your data matters to me. This notice informs you pursuant to Art. 13 GDPR which personal data is processed on marckimmel.de, for what purpose and on what legal basis.

Server logs

The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files which your browser transmits (IP address, date and time of the request, referrer, user agent, requested page). This data is processed to ensure smooth connection setup and to defend against attacks. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Retention: at most 14 days.

Google Analytics 4

This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies that enable analysis of your use of the website (e.g. pages visited, time spent, device, approximate location at city level). Your IP address is anonymised by Google before any storage ("IP masking"). The information is generally transferred to servers in the USA and stored there. Transfers to third countries take place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG, or, depending on interpretation, your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG granted by continued use of the site after the notice banner has been shown. You can permanently prevent collection via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), objection (Art. 21) and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). An informal e-mail to support@marckimmel.de is sufficient.
